I had a really great workout week!!! If I had completed one longer run it would have been perfect, but otherwise it was great. My swimming has really improved and I am now fully confident in my swimming and running for the triathlon. Now, to work on the biking a bit more. Here's what my week ended up looking like:
Monday evening: Ran 3 miles with Phil and the dogs
Tuesday morning: Ran 4 miles
Tuesday evening: Chest and tri workout and ran sprints at home with P and the dogs
Wednesday morning: Ran 4 miles
Thursday morning: Ran 3 miles
Friday: 1000 meter swim
Saturday: 600 meter swim (500 meter timed test - came in at 10:21), 1 hour pilates class, 20 minutes on the stationary bike
Sunday: Back and bi
